• Appointments and Classes: All sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking platform or directly with our team.

• Payments: Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All prices are subject to change.

• Cancellations: To avoid charges, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Dreambody Studio in the event of errors or extenuating circumstances. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or partially used packages.
